Antipasto with grilled Mediterranean vegetables, artichoke hearts, herb infused olives, sliced cured meats and sausage with garlic grilled crostini 
A fine selection of globally inspired cheeses (both whole and sliced) with dried apricots, figs, nuts and grapes served with crostini and crackers 

Passed Hors D’oeuvres 

Our classic jumbo shrimp cocktail with wasabi cocktail dip in individual glasses 
Garlic crostini with apple wood smokes baby heirloom tomato concassee and
 shaved parmesan cheese
Mini pumpernickel breads with shards of our house smoked trout (cured with maple & Tennessee Whisky), pickled red onion and dill crema 
Mini new potatoes filled sour cream, chives and crispy pancetta 
Skewers of Hungarian salami, sweet tomato and baby mozzarella in sweet basil pesto 
Asparagus spears and asiago shards wrapped in prosciutto 
Ricotta gnocchi in roasted Jamaican pumpkin cream and sweet peas served in cocktail bowls
Southern fried chicken: 2 day buttermilk marinated, dusted with our own dredge

Individual French pastries or Campfire S'more station with Jumbo marshmallow toasting station, graham cracker crumbs and melted dark chocolate 
Hard and gummy candies in mason jars 

 2-3 hours of service, 50 guest minimum, taxes and gratuity not included
Bar staff and glasses available as well as full open or cash bar service

Seafood Antipasto of house smoked salmon cured with honey infused Tennessee whiskey and apple wood smoke, firecracker chili marinated gulf shrimp ceviche with lime and fresh cilantro, spit crab legs, chilled P.E.I mussels mignonette and fresh handmade sushi, 
pickled ginger, wasabi and soy dip  
A fine selection of globally inspired cheeses (both whole and sliced) with dried apricots, figs, nuts and grapes served with crostini and crackers
